Queensborough Supports Jefferson Hospital through Georgia Heart

Queensborough proudly announces a $100,000 donation to Jefferson Hospital as part of the Georgia HEART Hospital Program. This is Queensborough's sixth year making a contribution through the program. The contribution will assist the hospital in delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare to patients and reflects Queensborough's ongoing dedication to enhancing community health across Georgia.

Through Georgia HEART, taxpayers can contribute and receive a 100% state tax income credit, up to specified limits, benefiting qualified rural hospitals of their choice. Additionally, C-Corporations and Pass-thru Entity business owners who participate may qualify for an additional federal business expense deduction.

"Jefferson Hospital plays a crucial role in Georgia's healthcare landscape, and we are privileged to support their exceptional patient care," stated Bill Easterlin, Queensborough CEO. "With this donation, we aim to positively impact the lives of patients and families who depend on Jefferson Hospital for their well-being."

"Jefferson Hospital would like to thank you for your invaluable contribution. Your commitment to supporting our hospital is truly inspiring and makes a significant difference in the quality of care we are able to deliver. Thanks to your generosity, we can continue to enhance our facilities, invest in necessary medical equipment, and offer comprehensive care to our patients," said Jefferson Hospital CEO, Wendy Martin. "We are grateful for your trust and belief in our mission. Together, we are making a positive and lasting impact on the health of our community."
