Communication Is Key

Communication Is Key

Being able to communicate with your bank and get up-to-date account information is key to a great relationship with your financial institution.  At Queensborough, we strive to provide you with multiple ways to communicate and manage your account.

Online Banking

Online banking launched nearly two decades ago and has slowly but steadily become most customers’ primary form of banking.

Queensborough offers both online banking for consumers and businesses.  From within Q online banking sessions, you can view your statements, view check images, pay your bills, make loan payments, schedule transfers between your accounts, set up reminders through e-mail alerts, and reorder checks.  In addition, you can easily export your financial history to Quicken, QuickBooks, Microsoft Money, Excel Spread Sheets, Money Management, and Turbo Tax.

Mobile App

Mobile banking gives you ways to access your bank accounts online via mobile app and SMS/text.   With mobile deposit, transfer and bill pay features available on Q’s downloadable bank app, you can remotely deposit checks and manage your accounts right from your mobile phone or tablet.

Social Media

Social media is leading the way in connecting banks with customers.  Social provides a place for banks to offer customer service, information and knowledge.  Customers can also instantly comment and message their bank via social media with questions or customer service needs. This instant connection is what banking customers have come to expect in 2018.  While communicating with your bank via social media, remember to never share account specific information.

Queensborough is currently active on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google +, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Mobile Wallet

A mobile wallet is a way to carry your credit card or debit card information in a digital form on your mobile device. Instead of using your physical plastic card to make purchases, you can pay with your smartphone, tablet, or smartwatch.

Queensborough also offers the mobile wallet feature for your Q debit card. Once you have your Q debit card set up in your digital wallet, the rest is a piece of cake: hold your phone near the checkout reader and approve your transaction.

Person to Person

Just because we may have computers and smartphones readily available to us, this does not necessarily mean that we should put face-to-face communication in the recycling bin. There are some cases in which it makes more sense—and will ultimately be more beneficial to you—to talk to someone in person as opposed to via email, online banking, social media, etc. Queensborough prides itself on our local decision-making, excellent customer service, and simple yet effective banking. We are here to help you whenever you may need it. Give us a call or stop by to see us.  We have 26 locations throughout Georgia to serve you!
