Queensborough is pleased to announce Chris Barr has recently joined the bank as Pooler Market President.

Chris joins Queensborough after nearly 20 years in banking. Chris graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Accounting in 2004 and from the GBA Georgia Banking School in 2010. His deep commitment to community service is evident in his numerous volunteer positions. He currently serves as a member of the loan committee for the Small Business Assistance Corporation, Finance Chair of Richmond Hill United Methodist Church, Chairman of the YMCA of Coastal Georgia – Richmond Hill Branch and a board member of the Richmond Hill Bryan County Chamber of Commerce.

Chris and his wife of 17 years, Rosanne, live with their two children in Richmond Hill, where he enjoys spending time on the boat, fishing and smoking meat.
