Ronica has served in the financial industry for the last 25 Years. She attended Brenau University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Management. Ronica furthered her education by receiving her Master of Science in Management degree, with a concentration in Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness from Troy State University.

Building long lasting customer and prospective relationships are very important to Ronica; she consistently engages in business development activities, where she is able serve the community. Formerly, she served as an Advisory Board Member for the Riverfront YMCA in Augusta, GA, Board member at Heritage Academy in Augusta, GA, and Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Creative Impressions in Augusta, GA. For several years, she served as the Employee Campaign Manager and joined the Focus45 group of the United Way of the CSRA. Ronica is a graduate of the Columbia County Leadership Class of 2023. She is an active proud member of the Zeta XI Omega Chapter, of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where she serves as the Build Our Economic Wealth initiative Chairman.
