In addition to extended hours, we’re able to use technology to provide you a real time view of your transaction being processed as well as provide you greater detail of your transaction on each receipt for your recordkeeping.

Yes! The QNBTNOW Tellers are Queensborough teammates working alongside your branch teammates to serve your banking needs.

All ATMs allow you to make withdrawals with your debit card. Queensborough’s ATMs also allow you to make cash or check deposits. QNBTNOW allows you to conduct almost all of your normal teller transactions with the assistance of a live teller. You can deposit cash or checks, cash checks down to the penny, make loan payments and credit card payments, withdraw funds and transfer funds between Queensborough accounts. You do not need your debit card to use QNBTNOW, and you don’t even need a deposit slip to make a deposit, simply touch the screen to talk to the teller.

While we can provide loose coin on a cashed check, we cannot provide rolled coins or large exchanges of currency.  Our branch staff is happy to help you with these transactions. 

QNBTNOW accepts deposits of bills and checks, but cannot accept coins in a deposit. 

Please endorse all of the checks in your deposit or endorse the check you will be cashing.  If you will be receiving cash back from your deposit, cashing a check, or asking for account information, please have your ID ready for the QNBTNOW Teller to scan.  Please do not insert paper clips, rubber bands, or folded bills into the machine.
